Welcome back to another Weekly Update! This is the 11th Weekly Update so don't think its going to be like the 10th.... Much less. But we do have some very important stuff to go over this week like Hurricane Dorian, very dangerous stuff, and also some weather here in North Texas! Let's get to it.

⚠️HURRICANE DORIAN UPDATE⚠️
Hurricane Dorian is now a Strong Cat 4 sitting at about 155 MPH. This storm is expected to increase to a Cat 5 and will potentially devastate the Bahamas. But, a new track is out! Due to a change in pressure in many other factors, the eye of the hurricane may never make landfall on Florida. Instead, it may sweep up the coast causing wind damage and heavy rainfall until it finally dies out near Virginia.
The pressure has dropped to 942 Millibars so that also means we could see it strengthen to a Cat 5.
This Track is still being changed every hour. This storm is still very unpredictable. Things could change. The eye may end up hitting Florida, they just aren't sure. But no matter what, everyone on the Florida, Georgia, SC, NC coast should be on preparedness mode like they were for sure going to get hit. More updates to come...
Future Weather
Yesterday, North Texas got hit by a little surprise storm. Nothing was severe, but there was some small hail and some significant wind gusts. Some Significant Weather Advisories were issued and Weather Center had minute by minute coverage of the storm through a Timelapse which will be shown soon, up to date warnings listed on the Home Page "Current Warnings" box, and a short blog. Any Weather around or weird weather? Check WC and it will most likely have a short blog about it, a forum post, or a new warning for the DFW area. We could see some cooler weather from here on and maybe some more thunderstorms as we move through next week. Here is the time lapse video. It is also under the Videos Page.
